Tell us about your first pet - What was it, how did you come to have it and what did that pet mean to you during the time you owned it.
Intro
When it comes to animals, there's nothing like the love and devotion of a pet. It's not for nothing that dogs are said to be man's best friend, or that cats can take away any pain if they sit still. The pet senses when its owner is upset, if it is ill or if it is simply uncomfortable.
This is often felt by the pet, who is also not immune to various illnesses or sadness. Unfortunately, we cannot understand what a pet is suffering from and, if it is not visible, we can hardly tell what is bothering them.
It is up to us to provide them with proper nutrition, a suitable living environment, ensure a lifestyle appropriate to their breed and also to arrange for regular check-ups and treatments to ensure their healthy growth.
Hygiene is as important for a pet as it is for us, and is closely linked to its health and aesthetics. And grooming your dog should be part of every furry owner's routine, because they, unlike cats, are less concerned about it.
In today's post I want to introduce you Max, our first pet, who is now a 2 year old medium sized puppy.
How did Max end up in the family?
My wife and I are big pet lovers, and whenever we see abandoned animals on the street or in other places it breaks our hearts.
On all the trips we take by car, we have dry food for the animals, so that when we see them sad and hungry, we can feed them and bring them joy at least for a few moments.
Max, a puppy of about 4 weeks, was sitting with his mother in the yard of a store that sells construction materials.
Passing this store many times, I saw him standing there upset, and I thought what it would be like to offer this puppy a real home where he can have love and be well cared for. I talked to the store's salesman, and he agreed with us to take Max home.
The first days were terrible because the puppy was full of fleas and we had to bathe him several times with special shampoo for his age.
I also called the veterinarian to consult him and administer the necessary treatment.
After a few weeks at the vet, we managed to save Max, because he was out in the rain and wind, he got very sick.
He likes to watch TV. 
Max likes to walk the streets. 
Animals love your attention, to take them for a walk, to play with them, to spoil them. After all, they are members of your family and will be treated as such, and you will find that you will receive the love you give them back in return and gain a loyal friend for life. 
The loyalty and love a dog gives you fills your life with joy, at least that's what Max does to me. No matter how lonely we feel, no matter how angry we are, the joy he gives us makes us forget everything.
How can you resist the excitement he gets when he sees you and jumps up and down like a circus, twirls, wags his tail, and excitedly runs to get your toy and begs you to play with him?
