Heyyyyy! It's me again, @usagidee, and today I felt really interested in participating in another concept created by @galenkp. Given that it has been pouring nonstop here, it feels like I wanted to write something about clothing. Do you think now is the best time to wear lingerie? Naturally not, particularly if you're single. lol.
Anyway, allow me to share with you my nightly go-to clothing. Since it's rainy season in the Philippines, I'd prefer to wear pyjamas and socks along with anything on my upper body, such as a sleeveless shirt or a t-shirt. For me, these are the outfits that made me feel comfortable when sleeping and actually there are reasons behind these attires.
First of all, when it rains, mosquitoes proliferate, which means dengue virus is always around and prowling like a vampire. Although some claim that mosquito insects prefer type O blood, it appears that they also enjoy dining on my blood. And whenever I only wearing my pajamas, they would just sink into my feet and feast there.
The chilly temperatures brought on by the continuous rain are another problem. I always wear socks because I don't like it when my feet become cold because I have to go to the bathroom only to urinate. Seriously, I'm afraid to use our restroom, especially if it's really early in the morning, like between 2 and 5 a.m., and that is because I always assume that a ghost or a monster may arrive and scare me.
Since we're talking about attire, allow me to show you the outfit I always wear when I go outdoors.

Well, this outfit is very comfortable, and I especially like how my high-waisted shorts go with the two-colour striped crop top. Thankfully, I can still fit into the shorts up to a 33-inch waistline; however, in the first picture, I only had a 29-inch waist. This clothing is my favourite since it always appears stylish and retro. Each time I wear it, I keep reminding myself:
"In this world full of trends, I remain classic."
