I never thought that I would make my first delegation ever today in the Hive Blockchain. But all of that changed when I first saw this...
Ecency has published a post talking about how they've been onboarding many new users in the platform for almost over a year now. And I thought, Ecency indeed has changed the game and helped big time in developing and maintaining an engaging community from the very start. I was there when Ecency was formerly known as Esteem and now, I can't believe that I'm still here even though I was not blogging consistently. A lot has changed through the years and many users cultivated their efforts and made communities.
So what is this initiative about? Basically, the @ecency team is asking for support from whoever may delegate their spare Hive Power to Ecency. With this, they can maintain and continue onboarding more users in the ecosystem. Of course, it comes with a reward. Users who will help can earn ecency points daily in exchange for their delegation.
You can click on the picture above to know more about the details and how much you can delegate. In my case, I was only able to delegate 50HP since I don't have that much. Still, I wanted to delegate and be of help no matter how small the difference would be.
If you can't delegate through the link given in ecency's recent post, you can go over your hive wallet (and on your Hive Power) you can choose to delegate.
