Welcome to c/praetoria
Another chapter begins.
With the launch of this community space, we wanted to create a home for real conversation, honest feedback & creative thinking around all things Splinterlands — a place where players, investors, builders, collectors & storytellers alike can engage without the noise.
This is not a marketing channel. This is not a promotional feed.
This is Praetoria — where the community actually lives.
What is c/praetoria?
A space built by the players who are showing up. Here you’ll find:
- Gameplay discussions & meta analysis
- Card breakdowns & deck-building strategy
- Governance debates & DAO proposals
- Market insights & web3 tokenomics
- Community-driven challenges, lore-building & creative writing
- Honest dialogue about what’s working — & what’s not
Whether you’re new to the game or one of the original players, your voice matters here.
Community Principles
This is a space for productive engagement. You don’t need to agree with everyone — but the expectation is always:
- Real conversations > empty takes
- Constructive debate > personal attacks
- Shared knowledge > gatekeeping
- Creativity > complaining
The Splinterlands ecosystem is evolving rapidly. c/praetoria exists to help shape that future from the ground up.
Why Now?
We’re in a phase of the game where new mechanics, new cards & new economic models are rewriting how we all approach Splinterlands. But the conversations that push this game forward don’t always have a consistent place to live.
This community fills that gap — a home for ideas, experiments & challenges that live outside of Twitter hype cycles or scattered Discord chat.
If you’ve got something to contribute — this is where you do it.
Simple Rules
- Keep it constructive — real talk is welcome, personal attacks are not.
- No spam, scams, or self-promotion without value.
- Stay on topic — Splinterlands, Praetoria, and web3 tokenomics.
- Support new voices — we grow stronger together.
- Creative content is highly encouraged.
- Disagreements are fine — toxicity is not.
- Moderators reserve the right to keep the space aligned with these goals.
Get Involved
As this community grows, so will the opportunities to help shape it.
If you're interested in getting more involved — whether that's as a moderator, content contributor or helping organize community challenges — reach out. We’re looking for people who share the same goal: build something valuable, consistent & community-driven for the Splinterlands ecosystem.
Writers, analysts, theorycrafters, lore-builders, DAO nerds & challenge creators — all skill sets are welcome.
Praetoria is what we make it.
Let’s Build
The door is open. The conversation is live.
This is c/praetoria — let’s make it something the entire ecosystem can benefit from.
