I smiled and all my teeth fell out, some of them rolled into a metal grate with small openings that blocked the drainage. I collected as many as I could from the ground and tried to put them back in place, using the gum to make them stick inside my mouth. I didn't arrange them properly, so the wisdom tooth ended up in the front, but it wasn't important.
I smiled again, happy with what I had achieved, but they fell out again, and this time they all disappeared into the drainage hole. Without hesitation, I lifted the metal grate and climbed down the dirty ladder. The smell was very bad.
When I reached the bottom, it was pitch black except for the dim light emanating from the opening above. I started searching for my remaining teeth, and found only two or three. I had to dig deeper and feel the dirty ground hoping to find something, but in the end I gave up and returned home.
I went home and lay on the bed. I dreamt that I had turned into a big wisdom tooth with a mouth, and my teeth were forming in it, meaning my body. When I smiled at the funny sight, all of my bodies fell to the ground and began convulsing as if they were having a seizure, but I didn't move to catch them. I watched my bodies without any reaction except for my disturbed feelings about this strange scene.
The situation continued until my bodies died, and then I woke up startled and began feeling my body parts, examining whether they were still there or if I had truly transformed into a big wisdom tooth. Then I felt my teeth with the tip of my tongue and found them in place, and I almost smiled from happiness, but I was afraid. Since that night, I haven't smiled at all.
