THE HOLIDAY
It was a two weeks holiday and Jane pleaded to spend her short holiday with her grandpa who stays in a distant land from where ahe stay with her parent. It has been a wonderful stay all through untill she almost got things spoiled.
The thought of been restricted to some part of the house got her disturbed but she understood with her Grandpa as some of these place are of great danger to a little girl like her. THIS particular one kept disturbing her as she knew very well that it has no danger.
Jane has always wondered why Grandpa will not allow her into his library. The question kept coming. what is it in the room that grandpa will not allow me in? The curiosity of wanting to go in there was high that she always cry to her grandpa to just open the room for her to just see what the settings of the room look like but he won't agree to her simple request.
The response she get everyday from her Grandpa is you are not yet ready to be exposed to such, but trust me when you get to that level i will definitely show you what the room look like. The question come again. What are library made for?
she ask her self and quietly she responds to her self all library are made for research and to study, then why is this one different?
Hmmmmm for that reason she decided to enquire her self Jane is 12 years old but she is smart and can do things on her own if she is not placed under strict vigilance so for that reason her Grandpa has always kept a close watch on her. But she was smart that she knew very well on how to go about it.
THE OBSERVATION
First Jane try as much as possible to observe where grandpa usually keeps the key to that library and she discovered he always keeps it in a flower vase very close to the dinning window. Now how will i get to that door without Grandpa knowing she asked her self as grandpa has never stepped an inch away from her knowing fully what she can execute in the absence of people around her. The memory of Jane almost setting the house on fire kept ringing in his heart as such mistake should not repeat it self again although that was long ago about 5 years ago when she was 7.
FAKE REPENTANCE
But Grandpa got it all wrong when she tried to show a genuine repentance by laying low on things she use to do then, he submitted totally and it came a day when they ran out of food stock so he asked Jane to accompany him to the market but been a smart girl she took that as an advantage so she pretended to be having a slight headache and will want to rest so grandpa got her pills for pain relief she took and pretended she wants to sleep. So grandpa had no option he laid her and promised to be fast and that he will soon be back, then he left for the market.
THE TRICK
Jane made sure grandpa has gone before getting up from her bed then straight to the vase ahe picked the key but it was not single it a bunch of keys ohh my God she said to her self how will i be able to get the key before he returns she said as she quickly ran to the door where she tried about 7 keys and she was almost discouraged as she said to her self he will soon be back but let me try more then the 8th key opened the door and she was excited at that.
She quickly ran into the room and indeed it's a library but it has strange writing on the walls Jane looked in awe but that's not her problem though a book caught her attention as it reflects into her eyes she said to her self how will a book glow like that as she have not seen something like that. She walked straight to that book.
THE DANGER
Jane Grandpa is back as he walked into the house but the book got her attention that she did not hear her Grandpa calling. At this point she is standing in front of the book then she stretched her hands and picked the book from the shelf all of a sudden vibration and then she turned and discovered the door she walked in through is no longer there
Arrrrggghhhh!!!!!!
she shouted that was when it occurred to her Grandpa that Jane is in trouble he quickly ran to the library but then he discovered that the door is shut Jane he screamed yes grandpa please help me she responded but then a secret door was opened and then a man with black Robe walked majestically to where she was standing the fear of what she saw made her voice to echo even more louder than it use to be. Grandpa couldn't penetrate so he called her Jane can you hear me? Yes she responded with her heart almost pulling out of her body. Be calm and repeat exactly as you hear me say, ok she responded he mentioned some strange words as she repeat exactly after him. but this time the strange being was moving closer and closer but she was very careful in reciting the words. And the last word came and the room came to normal when she looked at her hands she discovered the book was in it's position where she picked it she did not bother to know how she quickly ran out as soon as her eyes saw the exit door.
What would have happened to me in there with that strange being? who is he? why is he in there? how did it get in there? she asked her self all this question but there was no answer coming forth in regards to her questions.
Well i Don't want to spend an additional day in this house she said to her Grandpa please take me home that man can come after me she said as she cried to her grandpa calm down i will take you to your parent tomorrow ok? Ok she replied.
But she kept asking her self what would have happen to me in there if grandpa wasn't around to save my ass.
