It all started with a crazy idea.
The kind that grabs you by the chest and won’t let you sleep.
For me, entrepreneurship wasn’t just an option… it was a calling.
A fire inside me kept saying: “Do it, even if nothing is guaranteed.”
So I did.
But no one prepares you for the punches.
Losing money.
Trusting the wrong people.
Launching something with your whole heart… and hearing crickets.
I remember one time in particular: I worked for months, invested my savings, and truly believed it would succeed.
It didn’t.
Not even a single sale on day one.
I felt stupid. Empty. Frustrated.
But mostly, I felt alone.
Still, I love being an entrepreneur.
Because every mistake taught me something.
Every failure showed me a side of myself I didn’t know: resilience, courage, adaptability.
Now I understand that entrepreneurship isn’t just about business.
It’s about falling and rebuilding yourself again and again without losing your passion.
So, if you’re out there fighting too:
Don’t stop.
Cry if you need to, but stay close to your why.
Not everyone will get you – and that’s okay.
This path isn’t for everyone… but you’re not just anyone.
What about you?
Do you love being an entrepreneur even when it hurts?
What’s the hardest moment you’ve lived in your journey?
I’d love to read your story in the comments.
