Clara had always believed it was just a dream. A crumbling station, a ghost train, and the soft whisper of a name: Andrés.
Fifteen years had passed since the old line had shut down. Locals said the place was cursed. Clara never believed in curses—only in waiting.
On the first night of May, precisely at midnight, she stood once more on the dusty platform. Fog rolled in. The moon cast a pale glow over the tracks. And then, just like in her dreams, she heard it: the whistle.
Car number 107 came to a stop. No one got off. No one seemed to drive it.
Clara stepped forward.
Inside, a man stood by the window, older now, but unmistakable.
“Andrés?” she whispered.
He turned, eyes shimmering with something that felt like eternity.
“I’ve never truly left,” he said. “Not from here. Not from you.”
Clara stepped inside, hand in his. They sat down, and without another word, the train began to move.
The station faded into fog. Only the moon bore witness.

Clara siempre pensó que era solo un sueño. Una estación en ruinas, un tren fantasmal, y un susurro entre la niebla: Andrés.
Habían pasado quince años desde que la antigua línea dejó de operar. Los vecinos decían que el lugar estaba maldito. Clara no creía en maldiciones, solo en esperas eternas.
La primera noche de mayo, justo a medianoche, volvió al andén cubierto de polvo. La niebla se deslizaba como un velo. La luna iluminaba los rieles. Y entonces, como en sus sueños, lo escuchó: el silbato.
El vagón 107 se detuvo frente a ella. Nadie bajó. Nadie parecía conducirlo.
Clara dio un paso.
Dentro, un hombre miraba por la ventana. Más viejo, pero inconfundible.
—¿Andrés? —susurró.
Él giró, con los ojos llenos de tiempo.
—Nunca me fui del todo —dijo—. Ni de aquí. Ni de ti.
Clara entró. Tomó su mano. Se sentaron. Sin decir más, el tren comenzó a avanzar.
La estación se perdió en la niebla. Solo la luna fue testigo.
