That would be a good start with a passport and I am the only one with Hong Kong Passport in the game!
There are few things I would like to do in the coming days:
- To make use of the market, sell the Euro Larger
- To sell the ingredients, especially the aroma hops and bittering hops, they worth high in the market.

For cost estimation, you could buy Outstanding Water, Aroma or Bittering Hops (either one), Barley Malt or Yeast (either one). You could have a balanced income. For the remaining component, you better get from daily quest or manufacturing by yourself.
