I am exercising as often as I can because I want to improve my resistance and tone my body, I can not do it every day as I should because of my occupations and especially at this time that I am very full with the university but every chance I have I train even if it is one or half an hour, the important thing is to do it even without desire and even with laziness because that creates the discipline and you get to see the results we want so much.
My outfit was in this color because the place where we were going to do dance therapy used pink and black uniforms, so I chose to wear this outfit which is one of my favorites for exercise and I love the combination.
This is a pink top with pink lace decoration, ideal for exercise because it is very comfortable, cool and the color is beautiful, it was a gift from my friend @barbyjr which I appreciate it very much and I love it too much, it is one of my favorite tops to exercise, plus I not only use it to exercise, also to go shopping, can be combined with pants and a leggings is spectacular.
Just as I combine it in this case with a leggins Kirios gray color which I love to exercise as it is very comfortable, fits perfectly to the body and thanks to its fabric perfectly molds the abdomen decreasing the bulge that may be, the truth fascinates me this leggins as the combination with the rolling seems beautiful to me even though I'm not a big fan of the gray color, I really love this one, I am a fan of this brand of clothing because all the merchandise is quality, and also the color can be combined with any other, a leggins like this should be an inflatable piece in the closet because it is very versatile, not only for exercise but for shopping or even to go to the office combined with a nice blazer and shoes according to the occasion.
Since the top is short I chose to wear a pink sport sweater with gradient, this sweater has been with me for years and I do not use it very often because here where I live is very hot but for exercise in the morning I find it a perfect option, I love this sweater and the best thing is that it adapts very well to the body thanks to the softness of its fabric, and the most striking thing is the gradient which makes it unique.
I complemented the outfit with white shoes with color that matched the outfit perfectly.
