Starting with Purpose
The first stage of the New Face SB Circuit 2025 took place in Buri/SP, marking the beginning of a new phase for skateboarding in the region. More than just a competition, it was a celebration of the sport, urban culture, and the strength of a united community.
Skatepark Transformation and Urban Art
The skatepark was revitalized with fresh paint and graffiti interventions, bringing life and identity to the space. This transformation was made possible through collaboration between the local government, artists, and volunteers, demonstrating how community unity can reimagine and enhance public spaces.
Inclusion and Solidarity
With categories for Mirim, Beginner, Female, and Amateur, the event promoted inclusion for skaters of all ages and skill levels. The entry fee of 2kg of non-perishable food reinforced the circuit’s social commitment, benefiting local institutions.
Community and Regional Impact
The event energized the city, strengthened local businesses, and gave visibility to regional talents. The active participation of local shopkeepers and residents showcased how skateboarding can be an agent of social and cultural transformation.
Continuity and Expectation
This was just the first of many stages planned for 2025. The New Face SB Circuit continues with the mission of promoting skateboarding, creating opportunities, and leaving a positive legacy wherever it goes. The next stage is already being prepared and promises even more energy and unity.
