Good morning friends,
Finally the good weather returns! And so, even I who work all day can enjoy some skateboarding.

Buenos días amigas y amigos,
Por fin vuelve el buen tiempo! Y así, incluso yo que trabajo todo el día puedo disfrutar algo del Skate.

Yesterday I left the car at the office since Eli came to pick me up and brought his skate and mine! And we both went back to Mordor (Monforte de Lemos).

After a few meters on wheels i was already smiling from ear to ear.

Ergo this morning it was time to go on wheels, not those 17-inch wheels on my Ford Fiesta, instead on a 58mm Creature.

Ayer he dejado el coche en la oficina ya que Eli me vino a recoger y trajo su skate y el mío! Y nos volvimos rodando los dos por Mordor (Monforte de Lemos).

Tras unos metros sobre ruedas ya estaba sonriendo de oreja a oreja.

Ergo esta mañana tocaba ir sobre ruedas, no esas de 17 pulgadas de mi Ford Fiesta, en cambio sí sobre unas Creature de 58mm.

After accompanying my daughter to the Institute, I went for a coffee to go, put on my helmets and go riding. At my own pace, watching the world run and feeling an inner peace that cannot be paid for with money. It was on a road that takes you from one point of the city to the other, without having to go through the middle. And there is like a walk on one side, with a slight slope and a floor that is luxurious for Skateboarding.

Tras acompañar a mi hija al Instituto, fui por un café para llevar, me puse los cascos y a rodar. A mi ritmo, viendo como el mundo corre y sentía una paz interior que no se paga con dinero. Estaba en una carretera que te lleva de un punto de la ciudad a la otra, sin tener que pasar por el medio. Y hay como un paseo de un lado, con una ligera pendiente y un suelo que va de lujo para el Skate.

I stopped on this bank to drink my coffee / En este banco he parado para tomarme mi café

I followed that path for a while and in the middle I stood on a bench in the sun, to have a quiet coffee and watch the little birds looking for food, among the bushes and plants that were all frozen.

Seguí ese camino un rato y en el medio me pare en un banco al sol, para tomarme el café tranquilo y ver los pajaritos buscando comida, entre los arbustos y las plantas que estaban todas congeladas.

Everything was frozen / Todo estaba congelado

It feels so good to be on the Skate again first thing in the morning, to feel the air on your face and the vibrations in your feet. All this accompanied by calm and positive music that makes me smile and love the world.

It has raised my spirits in such a way that I have surprised myself dancing on top of the Skate while rolling in the direction of the office.

Sienta tan bien estar otra vez a primera hora encima del Skate, notar el aire en la cara y las vibraciones en los pies. Todo eso acompañado de música tranquila y positiva que me hace sonreír y querer al mundo.

Me ha subido los ánimos de tal modo que me he sorprendido a mi mismo bailando encima del Skate mientras rodaba en dirección de la oficina.

And no, my path did not take me directly to work, instead I took a few detours through Mordor (Monforte de Lemos) to enjoy the air a little more, and a sunny morning. The wind was cold, but that awakens the mind 😉

Y no, mi camino no me llevo directo al trabajo, en cambio tome unos cuantos rodeos por Mordor (Monforte de Lemos) para disfrutar algo mas del aire, y una mañana soleada. El viento estaba frío, pero eso despierta la mente 😉
