The Weekend
Another slow week as I was out of town for the weekend. I got back home late in the evening on Sunday, just enough time to barely complete the 25 matches for the weekend ranked. Not having the chance to really look up the current meta, I opted to use the same light deck from last week. This time I managed to get 14 wins, which is a fair average for my recent performance I would say. At least I’m getting some DO packs for the weekend.
Another Diamond 💎
I also finally opened my packs from the previous week as I didn’t get a chance before leaving. The noteworthy pulls were the following: My second ever Diamond card pull from a pack and a Legendary core card from the core pack was a nice bonus. If you remember I missed out on the legendary packs by one win last week. I’m definitely happy with these. I do hope I can get a diamond version of a card that I use in my decks soon, so I can also ‘flex’ a bit, just kidding 😂.

It’s now almost 3 months since I’ve started playing Gods Unchained with some friends like @dannykong last year. And finally hitting 1000 wins a somewhat of an achievement if I do say so myself. I wish there was also a stat that showed how many games you’ve played in total, cause it’s kind of hard to gauge if we are degen-like addicted to GU or not haha. The tournament experiences have been super fun as well. Unfortunately, I also got knocked out in the Infinite Mana F2P tournament. But there’s still more to come: Sewlie’s second Year of the Gods tournament is coming up soon and PlayToEarn League 2022 is also starting this month. Already signed up for both, hope to see some more familiar faces in those again.
