From the very first moment I opened the game, I was inundated with a flood of information and mechanics that left me somewhat confused. The interface is very detailed and, although visually appealing, it is not exactly beginner-friendly for someone like me.

I found myself constantly losing battles because I didn't know how to use my cards in the best possible way. For example, there were times when I used a powerful card at the wrong moment, usually these cards were abilities that should be used at the right time or with the right deck composition, wasting its potential, or I would fail to use a defensive card when I needed it most. These wrong decisions cost me many matches, and with that, my frustration only increased.
Building the deck was another challenge for me. At the beginning, I had no idea how to build a balanced or even functional deck. I had acquired some cards that I believed to be good, but I couldn't find a way to add them to my available decks, perhaps I was doing something wrong or it doesn't work that way by randomly adding monsters. I simply chose the cards I thought looked the coolest or seemed to have strong abilities, without thinking about the synergy between them. By the way, I didn't even know about this synergy thing or the difference in factions. This resulted in unbalanced and ineffective decks, which only increased my defeats. Gradually, I learned the importance of having a cohesive deck, where the cards complement each other and work together to create effective strategies.
At first, every victory seemed more a matter of luck than skill. However, after a few weeks of intense gameplay, I started to notice a slight improvement in my performance. I began to better understand the timing of plays and the importance of anticipating the opponent's actions. I studied some strategies online and watched videos of more experienced players, which helped a lot in improving my understanding of the game. I realized that patience and observation are fundamental in Gods Unchained, and I started to apply this in my matches. The social factor was also important. I found player communities on Discord and forums where I could ask questions and discuss strategies; I was even called an idiot for using Tomb Priest as a good card. This made all the difference because veteran players shared their experiences and tips, which helped me evolve faster.
Today, although I still have a lot to learn, I feel I have evolved a lot since my first days in Gods Unchained. The initial defeats, which used to discourage me, are now seen as learning opportunities. Every match is a chance to improve, to test new strategies, and eventually, to achieve a well-deserved victory. Playing Gods Unchained has been a challenging but incredibly rewarding journey.

A construção do deck foi outro desafio para mim. No início, eu não tinha ideia de como montar um deck equilibrado ou qualquer coisa que funcionasse, eu tinha adquirido algumas cartas que eu acredito que sejam boas, porém não encontrava uma forma de adicionar elas aos meu Decks disponíveis, talvez eu esteja fazendo algo errado ou não funcione dessa maneira de adicionar monstros aleatoriamente. Eu simplesmente escolhia as cartas que achava visualmente mais legais ou que pareciam ter habilidades fortes, sem pensar na sinergia entre elas, a proposito, eu nem sabia sobre essa coisa de sinergia ou diferença de facções. Isso resultava em decks desequilibrados e ineficazes, o que só aumentava minhas derrotas. Aos poucos, fui aprendendo a importância de ter um deck coeso, onde as cartas se complementam e trabalham juntas para criar estratégias eficazes.
No começo, cada vitória parecia mais uma questão de sorte do que de habilidade. Entretanto, após algumas semanas de jogatina intensa, comecei a notar uma leve melhora no meu desempenho. Comecei a entender melhor o timing das jogadas e a importância de antecipar as ações do adversário. Estudei algumas estratégias online e assisti a vídeos de jogadores mais experientes, o que ajudou bastante a melhorar minha compreensão do jogo. Percebi que a paciência e a observação são fundamentais em Gods Unchained, e comecei a aplicar isso nas minhas partidas. O fator social também foi importante. Encontrei comunidades de jogadores no Discord e em fóruns onde pude tirar dúvidas e discutir estratégias, até mesmo fui chamado de burro por utilizar Tomb Priest como uma carta boa. Isso fez toda a diferença, pois os jogadores mais veteranos compartilhavam suas experiências e dicas, o que me ajudou a evoluir mais rapidamente.
Hoje, apesar de ainda ter muito a aprender, sinto que evoluí bastante desde meus primeiros dias no Gods Unchained. As derrotas iniciais, que antes me desanimavam, agora são vistas como oportunidades de aprendizado. Cada partida é uma chance de melhorar, de testar novas estratégias e de, eventualmente, conseguir uma vitória merecida. Jogar Gods Unchained tem sido uma jornada desafiadora, mas incrivelmente gratificante.
