Estas galletas son la combinación perfecta de suavidad y sabor. Al morderlas, se deshacen en la boca con una textura ligera, son ideales para cualquier ocasión. We start with the butter and cream cheese, we take it to a container and cream it with the help of an electric mixer until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
Empezamos con la mantequilla y el queso crema, lo llevamos a un envase y vamos cremar con la ayuda de un batidor eléctrico hasta que la mezcla se combine bien y quede cremosa.

Then add the cup of sugar and continue beating until there are no lumps and the mixture becomes completely homogeneous.
Enseguida agregamos la taza de azúcar y seguimos batiendo hasta que no quede grumos y se vuelva una mezcla totalmente homogénea.
Now add the egg and continue beating until it is integrated with the butter, cream cheese and sugar mixture.
Ahora agregamos el huevo y seguimos batiendo hasta que se integre con la mezcla de mantequilla, queso crema y azúcar.
Next, add in parts and sifted a cup of wheat flour together with the baking powder, integrate and stir with wrapping movements.
Seguidamente, agregamos en partes y tamizada una taza de harina de trigo junto al polvo de hornear, integramos y removemos con movimientos envolventes.

Ahora agregamos la otra parte de la harina de trigo junto a la cucharada de sal y seguimos removiendo hasta combinar todos estos ingredientes.

Add the vanilla essence.
Adicionamos la esencia de vainilla.
We take the heart molds and add the mixture and with the help of a previously wet spoon we flatten it.
Tomamos los moldes de corazones y agregamos la mezcla y con la ayuda de una cuchara previamente mojada aplastamos.
To finish the cookie mixture, we make other round cookies; to do this, we wet our hands a little and make some balls and flatten them as well, we place all the portions on the tray lined with parchment paper.
Para terminar la mezcla de las galletas, hacemos otras redondas; para ello, nos mojamos las manos un poco y hacemos unas bolas y las aplastamos también, colocamos todas las porciones en la bandeja forrada con papel pergamino.
When the mixture is ready, transfer the tray with the cookies to the oven previously turned on at 180° Celsius for approximately 20 minutes.
Al finalizar la mezcla trasladamos la bandeja con las galletas al horno previamente encendido a 180° Centígrados, por 20 minutos aproximadamente.
Then remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool to enjoy our delicious cream cheese cookies.
Luego retiramos del horno las galletas y dejamos refrescar para así disfrutar de nuestras deliciosas galletas de crema de queso.
