Espero que se encuentren bien y felices. Primera vez en esta comunidad de recetas deliciosas y creativas pero muy feliz de poder aportar una receta que me encantó el resultado. Hace poco me regalaron un air fryer, así que estoy en mi Airfryer era, todo lo quiero cocinar ahí. Esta vez recordé una receta que mi mamá hacía mucho cuando yo era una niña: Gordon Blue de pollo. Raramente, nunca había hecho uno, así que me pareció una buena idea intentarlo en el air fryer. Les muestro como fue el proceso:
INGREDIENTES
2 Filet de muslo de pollo
Queso amarillo (o el de tu preferencia que pueda derretirse)
Jamón de pavo (o el de tu preferencia)
Sal
1 diente de ajo
Paprika
Hilo pabilo
3 papas pequeñas
Nota: las cantidades que usé fueron para un almuerzo para 2 personas
PASO A PASO DEL RELLENO

PASO 1
Primero, condimente el filet de muslo. Para esto machaque un diente de ajo con sal a mi gusto. Se lo añadió al pollo en conjunto con paprika en polvo. Lo deje un rato reposar.

En una tabla extendi los filet de pollo y les puse una rebanada de queso amarillo y otra rebana de jamon de pavo. Intente que quedaran bien cubiertos para que fuera un buen relleno.

PASO 3
Con los filets bien cubiertos, toca enrollarlos. Con mucho cuidado, asegurando el relleno, los fui envolviendo de a poco. Para asegurarlo use hilo pabilo, intentando amarrarlo bien para estar segura de que no iban a desarmar en plena cocción. Los reserve.
PASO 4
Como acompañante quería papas fritas. Así que pele 3 papas pequeñas y las corte en bastoncitos algo gruesos. Las deje reposar en agua helada unos 10 minutos, las seque y puse en una bolsa con un poquito de aceite, sal y ramitas de romero.

PASO 5
Hora de ir al air fryer: en un platico de aluminio coloque los gordon blue que previamente unte con un poquito de aceite. Alrededor agregue las papas bien distribuidas para que se cocinaran. Ajuste la temperatura a 200 C y el temporizador a 10 minutos.
Pasados los 10 minutos voltee los gordon blue y las papitas para que terminaran su cocción.

Me encanto esta receta. El gordon blue quedó algo crocante y sumamente rico. Ame como se derrite el queso. Las papas fritas quedaron divinas y con muy poca grasa. Todo estuvo divino y fue un almuerzo diferente, delicioso y relativamente sano porque la cantidad de aceite usado fue mínima. I recently got an air fryer as a gift, so I'm on my Airfryer era, everything I want to cook there. This time I remembered a recipe my mom used to make a lot when I was a kid: chicken Gordon Blue. Rarely, I had never made one, so it seemed like a good idea to try it in the air fryer. I show you how the process went:
INGREDIENTS
2 Chicken thigh fillet
Yellow cheese (or your choice of cheese that can melt)
Turkey ham (or your choice)
Salt
1 clove garlic
Paprika
Thread wick
3 small potatoes
Note: the quantities I used were for a lunch for 2 people.
STEP BY STEP OF THE STUFFING

First, season the thigh fillet. For this I crushed a clove of garlic with salt to my taste. I added it to the chicken together with paprika powder. Let it rest for a while.

On a board I spread the chicken fillets and put a slice of yellow cheese and another slice of turkey ham. I tried to cover them well so that it would be a good filling.

STEP 3
With the fillets well covered, roll them up. Very carefully, securing the stuffing, I wrapped them a little at a time. To secure it, I used twine, trying to tie it well to be sure that they would not fall apart in the middle of cooking. I set them aside.
STEP 4
As a side dish I wanted french fries. So I peeled 3 small potatoes and cut them into thick sticks. I let them soak in ice water for about 10 minutes, dried them and put them in a bag with a little bit of oil, salt and rosemary sprigs.

Time to go to the air fryer: in an aluminum plate place the Gordon blue that previously spread with a little oil. Around them add the potatoes well distributed so that they cook. Set the temperature to 200 C and the timer to 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the Gordon Blue and the potatoes over to finish cooking.

I loved this recipe. The gordon blue turned out crispy and extremely tasty. Love the way the cheese melts. The fries were divine and with very little fat. Everything was divine and it was a different, delicious and relatively healthy lunch because the amount of oil used was minimal.
