Todos hemos escuchado alguna vez los distintos lenguaje del amor... en lo personal jamás habría imaginado que uno de los mío hacia mi esposo e hijas sería el acto de servicio, como lo es cocinar, ya que de adolescentes aunque aprendí a cocinar por mi mamá no era algo que hiciera de forma recurrente pero supongo que por eso dicen que el amor tiene la capacidad de cambiar el mundo y no me queda la duda, así que siempre me gusta intentar recetas nuevas para variar el menú, y aunque soy más team de chuletas Ahumadas 🥰 en esta ocasión fueron chuletas sin ahumar a la naranja, para realizarlas requerí los siguientes ingredientes.

✅ 6 chuletas de cerdos.
✅ 1 limón.
✅ 3 naranja.
✅ Sal.
✅ 1 cucharada de margarina.
✅ 1 cucharadita de aceite.
✅ 2 dientes de ajo.
✅ 1 cucharada de orégano.
✅ 1 cucharadita de paprika.
✅ 1 cucharada de mostaza.
✅ Cucharada de azúcar.
✅ 1 cucharada de salsa de soya.
✅ Cilantro al gusto.
Rinde para 6 almuerzo. ☺️🥰✨

✅ 1 lemon.
✅ 3 orange.
✅ Salt.
✅ 1 tablespoon margarine.
✅ 1 teaspoon oil.
✅ 2 cloves garlic.
✅ 1 tablespoon oregano.
✅ 1 teaspoon paprika.
✅ 1 tablespoon mustard.
✅ 1 tablespoon sugar.
✅ 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
✅ Cilantro to taste.
Yields for 6 lunch. ☺️🥰✨
✅ Paso 1. Inicié primeramente descongelando y marianando las chuletas con el jugo de 2 naranjas, el jugo de 1 limón y 1 cucharadita de sal, estuvo marianando por 15 minutos aproximadamente.

✅ Paso 2. En un sartén coloque la cucharada de margarina y aceite para seguidamente sellar cada chuleta por ambas caras.

Una vez que las chuletas estaban selladas llegó el momento de preparar la salsa y para esto en otro sartén coloque 1 cucharada de margarina y aceite seguidamente los dientes de ajos previamente cortados así como la cucharada de orégano integré ambos ingredientes por breves segundo, para así agregar la mostaza y lo que había quedado del marinado de las chuletas.

Agregue el jugo de las 2 naranjas e integré los ingredientes por unos breves minutos, para seguidamente agregar las chuletas y dejar cocinar por 10 minutos para luego darle la vuelta a las chuletas casi olvidaba agregar la salsa de soya y azúcar así que este fue el momento de agregarlos a la salsa y cocinar por 10 minutos más hasta reducir la salsa y colocar por último cilantro finamente cortados al gusto.
