My plan of baking my grandson a cookie was a success. This cookies I bake was only for my grandson, I call him cookie monster because he really loves eating cookies. I had baked chocolate crinkles for him.
Would you like to know how I prepare this?
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup confectioner sugar
Procedure:
Beat butter and brown sugar add the egg and the flour mixture of dry ingredients ( all purpose flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt ) one at a time. Mixing well until the mixture will incorporate.
Form like a ball, dredge in confectioner sugar.
I baked it in the oven toaster, I set to 10 minutes cook.
This pack is ready to pick up for my little cookie monster.
