After the Luna crash Do Kwon has pretty much kept himself to himself. And I think most people can relate to that decision. But now it appears he has poked his head out and made the first interview.
When and where
The interview looks to be a series of videos that will be released on https://www.coinage.media/. If you want to access them and watch the first episode, you need to get a free membership NFT in order to access the site. So woho I guess? The video was put up on August 15. And it is titled episode Inside Crypto’s Largest Collapse with Terra's Do Kwon - Six Days in May: The Unmaking of a Crypto King.

Impressions after watching the video
To me, Do Kwon still comes off as an unlikable self-important prick. And He tries his best to show himself off in a good way, but I can't really say he succeeds with that on any level.
At one point the interviewer even asks him about his legal team leaving during the crash and if he is in contact with layers now. And asks what they have to say about him doing this interview. Do Kwan just answers with "No Layer is gonna be happy. But it is what it is.".
To me, that screams narcissist. He obviously knows best. So what does he cares about what some stupid layer thinks? And if you look at his responses in the past to people pointing out flaws and vulnerabilities. It is pretty much the same MO.
I did however think the interviewer did a good job of asking questions and not just throwing softballs. I did find it an interesting watch. But then I have an outside perspective and tend to find things like this fascinating. But if you are interested in hearing Do Kwon's answers, then I would recommend watching it.
If you have watched it, what did you think about it? Please share your thoughts in the comment section down below. If you would like to support me and the content I make, please consider following me, reading my other posts, or why not do both instead.
See you on the interwebs!
