Let’s talk about something about life, something real for a second. Do you know that not everyone you see going to the gym is going to get a rip or is training to run for a marathon? Some of us are just chasing something bigger than just building up muscle or stamina. I’ve learned this the hard way in my life. I’m here to tell you the fact.
Of recent, after going to gym or energetic thinking that I’ll be that guy with the perfect muscle and perfect body within a week, but you know the spoiler alert: I could not make it. Already gotten in the way, there were so many excuses, and I missed some days when I feel tired. I know what that really hits me.
Do you know that each day I missed my gym session, I was losing some money, although not literally, but in the in the whole scheme or the grand scheme of things?
Then this really dawned on me: if I cannot stick to my gym routine, how do I cultivate the discipline to build my words and achieve my goals? What is not a magic, it’s not a voodoo, it’s not a sorcerer, this is an attribute. Although social is not the finish line we just cross and we laugh, it’s important that you keep living day by day. And you know the driver of success is discipline. Discipline is secret sauce that separates those that keep dreaming from those that are doing.
I noticed something in the little things I do, like when I start to read the book and let it collect us on page 50, or when I make a promise to myself that I will do something and end up not following the plan that I set for myself. These are just small minor things or failures that I think is negligible, but these are the signs that if you can’t master small stuff, it can be hard to handle the big stuff, like making those money, trying to beat those legacy.
So here is the gospel truth: discipline isn’t just something romantic or sexy, it’s a motivational. It’s not the motivation quote on telling you you should keep going no matter what. It is what you need to be your life. It’s pushing through any retirement, you are just finishing, trying to finish what you started. Discipline is like a workout for you budget, and trust me, I will keep reaching to myself here.
That is why I’m trying to, this week, I’m trying to take on the ruthless execution in my life. There’s no time for excuses to make the plan. I have a seven-day gym streak, and I will not be skipping any of them.
I’ll keep showing up every day, even when I’m tired or I don’t feel like. I’ll be this is a good to make at least two or three posts here on hive and also giving 20 replies to other posts at least, and also check my trading signal to sort out a potential trade.
All this isn’t just about the gym or the trading or my post here on hive. It’s about moving commercial. I can be disciplined, and I can achieve what I want to achieve anytime I want and when I set my plan. Success is a process, and every step we take always counts.
So if you are reading this my content here, you can take it as a challenge. Pick one thing, that’s something small, and commit to it within a week, and from there start from yeah and start planning on something big, and you see how you build your discipline. Show up for yourself, build that discipline. What is the muscle, the ready laughter, is a good habit, build it.
Let’s go after it’s week by week. This week we are executing with ruthlessly,
So who is with me friends?
