There is an old saying that goes, " A car cannot make a convoy. A single tree cannot make an entire forest".

Instead of dimming the lights of your family, or make your family members feel very threatened why not be the one to also help them and shine and lift them up. Use your candle to light theirs.
When you uplift your family members. You are not just trying to help them, you are trying to build a strong bond that will last. Think about ants for a moment you can see how tiny they are but by coming together they achieve the impossible. By working together they can achieve a great work in a less amount of time.
A single ant can't carry a crumb t that is far bigger than itself, but with a team of ants can carry the weights which seems only uimaginable by only one ant. At the end they never compete, instead they partner together, they cooperate with each other, everyone doing its parts for a greater good.
We can obtain a very valuable lesson from this. The poverty, the struggles and all the challenges are like those heavy crumbs that are very heavy for one person, but when you and your family members unite, you push ideas, you can lift burdens that seemed insurmountable.
I remember when I was being told a story about a family of siblings, four of them, who grew up from a humble beginning. One became a mechanic, the other became a teacher, one a nurse. And the youngest is a trader who owns a small business around. Individually, they were doing okay. But when they started coming out for each other,
supporting each other, and sharing resources and advice, it's a bit of each other's win.
They have to transform their family's future into a bigger thing. The teacher also helped with all that kind of skills. The mechanics helped the family with its own way. The nurse kept everyone healthy. And the business kept running for a long time.
This is the beauty of family. It's not about the one who is making it better than the other. It's about winning together. When you encourage your siblings, you share your valuable resources to them. And you encourage them, motivate them to success.
