It is very simple to live this kind of lifestyle when our minds are made up and we are ready to live long. Embracing the joy and innate character of zest children will boost your immune system for good mental health and longevity. In this life, there would always be misunderstandings between two or groups of people, having this child-like behavior of going back to one another to reconcile and go back to play. Having a child-like behavior even when you are old, you will see the difference, and you will encourage others to do the same.

Bodily exercise
This is a common thread today. Regular physical exercise will help you to maintain your zest, just doing what is best for your health and wellness. Involving in this daily exercise will stimulate your brain, strengthen your bones, put in the shape of your body and you have this sense of fulfillment or accomplishment. I have done physical exercises several times and I knew how I felt in my body. I was eased of my pain, and I was feeling comfortable; my brain was light, and I could receive inspiration to do something different. If this physical exercise is indulged in your old age, common, you will feel the vibrancy and smartness in your body. I tell you, you can't die, and there will be no sickness affecting you because you have shaken them out in the course of physical exercise. I'm not talking about strenuous exercise, simple like yoga, a daily walk, jumping, and gardening.
Active social interaction with friends and loved ones.
Active social interaction would help us to maintain the spirit of youthfulness and it is one of the activities of keeping our minds active and smart. Engaging in conversations of shared interest, sharing experience, and knowledge about a particular thing can contribute to a sense of well-being and happiness in our social life. We are in the digital world where we can connect with our friends through chats and video calls, or we can start a conversation with someone we've not met before but in a friendly way so we can get his attention.
Eat healthy meals
Eating good meals also contributes to maintaining a zest life. It provides good health and staying fit if you know the kind of food to talk about. Assorted fruit will keep you active, healthy, and beautiful.
Forgiveness
Forgiveness is another characteristic for young people and aged people to stay active, constructive, and loving. It's a natural medicine for the souls of men who want to live healthily. Keep forgiving it does great things in our life. It paces way for enthusiasm and happiness with one another and keeps our minds straight.
