The Hive blockchain is an interesting blockchain due to its social side. The power of Hive is on the community and the ability of community to engage. Two months ago, @anadolu, founder of the Cent community launched the Cent Power Up Day event. A day set aside to encourage community users to stake their token, which is necessary for the token health and get rewarded for doing so. This event takes after the popular Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) and Leo Power Up Day (LPUD) for the $HIVE and $LEO crypto respectively.

The CENT power Up Day event is usually held on the 10th day of the month, from 00.01 UTC to ends on June 10 at 23.59 UTC. Every participant must stake the $CENT token within that time range. Staking CENT Token g converts the token to CENT Power and allows the user to share rewards to authors from aa dedicated pool. The higher your CENT Power, the more CENT rewards you can reward users when you upvote (like) their posts or comments.

From previous editions, conditions for participation (may change) in the event are as follows:

• Participant must power up at least 1 Cent.
• Participation must talk about his/her participation as a post in the event on Cent's community page.
• Participation post must consist of at least 200 words.
• Participation post should use #cpudday as one of the tag.
• participation post can be published in any Hive interface, but due to Cent community's collaboration with INLEO, more rewards would be attracted if the INLEO interface is used.

From previous month, the event rewards are in two categories.

1. For participants who makes the most Cent power ups:

• Top CENT staker will earn 25 Hive SBI points,
• Second top CENT staker will earn 15 Hive SBI points,
• Third top CENT staker will earn 10 Hive SBI points.

2. For Participants with the highest number of votes on their posts:

• Top user will receive 25000 Cent delegation,
• Second top user will receive 15000 Cent delegation,
• Third top user will receive 10000 Cent delegation

@Writeandearn will support CPUD Participants

On the 10th of July, @writeandearn will upvotes posts that make entry for the CPUD and met all criteria. However, more rewards would be given to users who power up at least 100 CENT tokens.

This account will also power up some good amount of CENT token on the 10th of July, 2024. Presently seating on 72k CENT Power (32k owned and 42k dlegated)

Already, there is 1,500 CENT liquid tokens waiting in the wallet for the exercise. More will be added to increase rewards to participants.

besides, this account will make a prompt on the 10th of July for participants in the Cent Power Up to drop screenshots of the CENT they power up as comments for upvotes. The user with the highest percentage of increase in CENT stake will receive liquid CENT rewards. More details will be shared on the 10th of July.
