I must say that, talking to my friends or trying to recruit them into the hive system is an experience that has made me seek for more knowledge about hive so i can be able to defend the questions and give them a satisfying answer;

Many times when i try recruiting my friends to hive community , they feel so happy and are eager to join because they heard , their posts will
be voted for and that is how they earn , they would also take it that , it is the same thing that they do in other social media without been paid that makes them money here on hive ,

But when i tries enlightening them on the things that makes them known by the people of the community, they will throw up questions because they think votes
should always come easily without commitment and the others ,

I do tell them that the secret to earning better votes here is commitment , engagement , loyalty , honesty (no plagiarism) and the rest , i try been real and truthful to them so they won't experience something different from what i told them earlier,

* THIS ARE THEIR QUESTIONS:

• How do the hive community make their money that helps them pay their members;

• How do i cash my money;

• How long does it take for me to earn;

• Do i need to refer people before earning etc

This are the top questions they do ask and they are many other questions but those ones comes after they have been recruited;

Answers to this questions were given to them and that was what convinced them to join;

I would always tell many that are yet to join , that hive is not a ponzi scheme ; help by telling other people out there this , so we can build this comnunity together.
