If You Had To Write Your Death, How Would You Kill Yourself?

I had a lot of fun reading and upvoting comments with the previous AskHive questions, so I thought I would keep the hive going.

Imagine your life is a book wrote by someone else, you don't get to pitch in on anything except for the last 5 minutes of your life leading to your death, how do you do it? How do you kill yourself?

I will probably die of an oopsie (that's a sick reference, 100% vote to your latest post if you get it) due to health negligence. Still, if I could write my death, I would probably want it to be either remarkable or something super dumb like getting hit with a toilet falling from the sky.
