Graphite Drawings
Hello friends of hive and the sketchbook community, today chemi.art writes to you again and this time I come to show you my most recent works of "Drawing and Technique" a subject I am studying in the graphic design career.
Hola amigos de hive y de la comunidad sketchbook, hoy les escribe chemi.art nuevamente y en esta ocasión vengo a mostrarles mis más recientes trabajos de "Dibujo y Técnica" una materia que estoy viendo en la carrera de diseño gráfico.
This year I started the second trimester of graphic design, and I began to see the subject "drawing and technique" where the teacher will teach us the different techniques of drawing. Many years ago I was in 3 drawing courses, so I have some experience, although with graphite I lacked practice, because I had a long time without doing that style of drawings.
In the first class the teacher introduced herself and asked us for the materials that we would use during these three months, a double letter size cardboard block, two graphite pencils, one h and one b and a limpiatipo, which is the moldable eraser.
Este año empecé el segundo trimestre de diseño gráfico, y empecé a ver la materia "dibujo y técnica" donde la profesora nos va a enseñar las distintas técnicas del dibujo. Hace muchos años estuve en 3 cursos de dibujo, por lo cual tengo algo de experiencia, aunque con el grafito me faltaba práctica, pues tenía mucho tiempo sin hacer ese estilo de dibujos.
En la primera clase la profesora se nos presentó y nos pidió los materiales que usaríamos durante estos tres meses, un block de cartulina de tamaño doble carta, dos lápices de grafito uno h y uno b y un limpiatipo, que es el borrador moldeable.

Already for the second class, was the first evaluation, where we did some exercises to loosen the hand and a gradient of light dark, to learn to handle the pencil, that day I had problems, because I did not bring the pencils I should, however my classmates lent me so I could solve and finish the evaluation. My grade was 7/10 because the work was a little dirty with graphite.
Ya para la segunda clase, fue la primera evaluación, donde hicimos unos ejercicios para soltar la mano y un degradado de claro oscuro, para aprender a manejar el lápiz, ese día presenté problemas, pues no llevé los lápices que debía, sin embargo mis compañeros me prestaron por lo cual pude resolver y terminar la evaluación. Mi nota fue de 7/10 porque el trabajo estaba un poco sucio de grafito.
For the third class, was the second evaluation, we were all waiting, since no one in the classroom knew what we were going to draw, that's when the teacher arrived with a blanket and placed it on top of two water bottles, creating a kind of mountain of fabric hahahahahaha. The idea was to draw it as similar as possible on our blocks, we started making the sketch with the h pencil and then with the b pencil we started to give all those shadows, finally with the wiper we would give all those shines on the fabric. In that one I got 8/10, I think it was for the same reason that it was stained.
Para la tercera clase, fue la segunda evaluación, todos estábamos a la expectativa, ya que nadie en el salón sabía que íbamos a dibujar, fue ahí cuando llegó la profesora con una manta y la colocó arriba de dos botellas de agua, creando una especia de montaña de tela jajajajaja. La idea era dibujarla lo más parecido en nuestros blocks, empezamos haciendo el boceto con el lápiz h y luego con el b empezamos a dar todas esas sombras, por último con el limpiatipo daríamos todos esos brillos en la tela. En ese saqué 8/10, creo que fue por la misma razón de que estaba manchado.
And for the third evaluation the teacher put together a composition with objects that she brought, a pencil case, a bottle of water and a blackboard eraser, if I'm honest, that didn't inspire me much, because the objects were just any objects. For this drawing we used the same technique as with the fabric, the biggest challenge for me was the bottle, because it was literally black, so you have to use a lot of pencil hahahahaha. In that drawing I got 8/10
Y para la tercera evaluación la profesora armó una composición con objetos que traía, una cartuchera, una botella de agua y un borrador de pizarra, si les soy sincero, eso no me inspiró mucho, pues los objetos eran unos objetos cualquiera. Para este dibujo utilizamos la misma técnica que con el de la tela, el reto más grande para mi fue la botella, pues era negra literalmente, así que tu ve que echar bastante lápiz ajjajajaja. En ese dibujo saqué 8/10
And for this week the teacher asked us for colors, so we went to another level, I'm a little worried, because I have no colors, I have to see how I solve, I'm getting together to buy some prismacolor of 36 colors and I hope to buy them before the next class. The truth is, I do not feel 100% satisfied with my grades, because I am used to always get the highest grade, but this only leaves me as a learning experience that I should try harder and take care not to stain my work hahahaha. Y para esta semana la profesora nos pidió colores, así que ya pasamos a otro nivel, yo estoy un poco preocupado, porque no tengo colores, tengo que ver como resuelvo, estoy reuniendo para comprar unos prismacolor de 36 colores y espero poder comprarlos antes de la siguiente clase. La verdad, no me siento al 100% conforme con mis notas, pues, yo estoy acostumbrado a siempre sacar la nota máxima, pero esto solo me deja como aprendizaje que debo de esforzarme más y cuidar mucho el no manchar mis trabajos jajajaja.
