A Portrait of a Laughing Man

Hello everyone and how has been our weekend?

Today I decided to make a sketch of a Laughing Man. What inspired my art? Let me see..em..em..because it cost nothing to be happy...hehehe.

Thus laughing is the expression given to people who are extremely happy because of some funny situation or happy moments. Just like the man in portrait. He looks really excited doesn't he?

So in making this sketch, I made use of my HB pencil, Charcoal pencils, A4 paper and eraser.

Below are the stages involved in the development of the sketch.

Here in the first stage I tried drawing some parts of the face most especially the eyes and the nose.

In the second stage, I finished with the outline of the facial features.

In the third stage, I simply coloured the hair, eye lids, pupils, mustache and beards. I also shaded it too.

Then in the fourth and final stage I used my charcoal pencils to outline the sketch.
