Saludos! Hoy me animé a hacer otro pequeño dibujo para practicar y desestresarme un poco. Par esta ocasión "Baakjira" la carta legendaria de la edición "Chaos" fue mi "modelo". Sin embargo no quise limitarme a un dibujo exacto sino que le añadi toques distintos, como una morfología más parecida a un Cachalote y algunos detalles más.
Greetings! Today I decided to do another little drawing to practice and de-stress a bit. This time "Baakjira" the legendary card of the "Chaos" edition was my "model". However I didn't want to limit myself to an exact drawing but I added different touches, like a morphology more similar to a Cachalote and some other details.

Al inicio tuve la idea de hacer una escena donde la ballena estuviese junto a escombros de un navío derribado pero luego me desencanté y decidí enfocarme más en la ballena en sí. Por ello pase a GIMP para hacer un recorte, luego mejoré el brillo y contraste para después pasar a CANVA donde aplique el filtro "Barka" que le da ese toque de pintura al estilo de las que fueron encontradas en las cavernas, donde nuestros antepasados solían habitar.
At the beginning I had the idea of making a scene where the whale was next to the debris of a downed ship but then I got disenchanted and decided to focus more on the whale itself. So I went to GIMP to make a crop, then I improved the brightness and contrast and then went to CANVA where I applied the "Barka" filter that gives it that touch of painting in the style of those that were found in the caves, where our ancestors used to live.
