I adore the nature of America and even dream of going there one day and seeing it for myself, touching it, smelling it, because America has so many incredibly beautiful places. Well, let me continue with the combination of my painting. Which. I made with a lot of excitement, since I had never painted such a large painting before. Even taking the picture itself was quite an adventure, to be honest, because I live in a huge 8-story building with absolutely no lighting in the apartment I'm in, and my picture didn't look particularly good in the dark side of the apartment.Whatever I did, the photo shoot just didn't work out. Because for me it is a passion and a business at the same time. And what could be better than making a living doing what you love?
Well, let's start with the painting process. 1. We prepare the easel by adjusting it to the size of the canvas, which is not small at all, as I said.
Then we prepare absolutely all the supplies that we will need in the process of making the painting, such as water, pencils, rags, brushes of various sizes and widths.
And since I'm a pretty brave person and artist, I decided this time to make a pencil sketch and start painting directly with acrylic paints, bringing in the main background.
I start with the basic elements like what will stand where as a perspective on the canvas like sky, mountains, trees.
After setting absolutely everything in perspective, step by step, I start filling in the light and shadow little by little.
My style, which is the so-called realism, is extremely important not to make thick lines and any contours that would blur the situation. Here we should have quite light shapes and quite iridescent colors. This is my advice to you.
I must admit that this is my second time painting water, as people who have tried to paint seas and rivers will know from personal experience. In general, water is quite difficult to paint because it requires a lot of blending, reflecting the sky, everything around it, and generally requires a delicate hand.
Also with the mountains. How will you notice? I play with shades of gray, white, brown. And blue.
Maybe I want to admit that he had this trait of perfectionism, which is not very good, but because sometimes, when a person does not leave the work in its grace, he does not stop touching and scratching everywhere, ruining all the beauty that he has created so far. That is why it is good to have 1 moment in which we can simply stop touching the details and leave them as they are.

It's good when you're doing such a large landscape in perspective to measure everything before you start working on it with acrylic paints, because they are quite difficult to edit, as they are quite thick paints, especially the professional ones. So until you understand what's where, look in the background as well. It's better to be careful with the dark shades in the painting.

To be honest, the picture I was looking at was of extremely poor quality. It was extremely difficult for me to make the dog the way I always strive to make it by recreating the soul in its eyes, and they were not even visible. When you can't achieve the result you see in a photo. My advice is to keep mixing colors and moving the perspective of the very face of the dog or person you are drawing and that's how you will get to his features. But little by little, with much effort, I managed to achieve the look of the house that I saw in the photo.When something doesn't work out personally, I get quite nervous. I don't know how it is with you, especially if it's something you know you can do and you're not happy with it.
