Asi que empezamos con el dibujo, y lo primero que hago es la base, saltandome el sketch ya que considero que tengo el suficiente dominio para pintar lo que tengo en mente sin necesidad de bocetar.
So we start with the drawing, and the first thing I do is the base, skipping the sketch since I consider that I have enough mastery to paint what I have in mind without having to sketch.
Despues pongo el color base, y se ve un poco extraño. Aveces pienso que en la mente de los no artistas, todo se va dibujando de una, sin seguir procedimientos de construccion. Vaya error. Aunque se evita caer en el elitismo de creerme sabiondo.

Entonces añado sombras, y todo acaba de cobrar un poco mas de forma. Y empieza a verse muy genial.
Then I add shadows, and everything just takes on a little more shape. And it's starting to look pretty cool.
Tambien añado una hoja, ya que en esa parte de la pintura faltaba algo de espacio.
I also added a leaf, since that part of the painting was missing some space.
Despues, añado la luz, y esta casi acabado. Ya se ve como una pintura digna de ser colgada en una sala.
Then, I add the light, and it's almost finished. It already looks like a painting worthy of hanging in a living room.
Despues, añado la textura, y ahora tiene mas vida. Sin embargo, pienso que ya desde antes se veia bastante bien. Ya puedo decir que para este punto, no necesito de texturas para embellecer al nivel "suficiente" para que se vea bien, lo cual es genial.
Then, I add the texture, and now it has more life. However, I think it looked pretty good before. I can already tell that at this point, I don't need textures to embellish at the "enough" level to make it look good, which is great.
