Planning my Saturday to-do list on Friday evening. I had several plans, and to draw something I really don't know was on the list. I added drawing because I really felt like drawing, but what I was going to draw wasn't in the picture. I probably would draw a portrait of a cousin who I wasn't really ready to draw, a portrait of a celebrity? "probably" I said to myself. I wasn't so sure yet till I woke up to the sad news of Our very own Chadwick Boseman. The news broke my heart that I had to cancel some of what I had on my "to-do" list for that day, because I needed to take my time to think deep so I could spontaneously cook up a poem recollected from my tranquility for our one and only Black Panther. Afterward, the idea of making a portrait of him came right into my head. How soon will I have it done did not bother me, but to have it done as soon as possible was the muse that kept my pencil strolling on my sketch pad and my pen moving on an empty page in my note pad.
With a sorry and pained heart, I tender my sincere condolences to the family of Chadwick Boseman( Black Panther)
