Sunday this week was spent being creative. I have been waiting for ages trying to pick something to the first page on my new sketchbook. I wanted it to be something which wasn't rushed and was instead well thought out.
I woke up this morning and felt it was the right time so I got on with drawing the Anemone using a pencil.
Then went over in fineliner once I was semi happy with the pencil drawing.
In previous sketchbooks, I have never done a double page spread so this is what will hopefully be the first of many.
After the Aneome I then moved onto the foxgloves.
This isn't finished yet as there is more space on the left, in addition I feel it needs a background, maybe a watercolour paint/pencil to be added too.
But for now I am going to stop and look forward to finishing it off when it feels right.
