The serpentwitch was laying around lazily above the green grasslands of hive, just staring at the beautiful sky. "This place is really not so bad," his thoughts slipped through his tongue.
"The residents of this hive universe has started to welcome me. Funny that they communicate with the upvote magic though, that's a bit new." He chuckled a bit. "It was so silent the first day, and suddenly today swarms of upvote magic casted to me within minutes! Mother reptile blessed me - I thought it was a sudden ambush!" He laughed, but tried his best to be unheard by the hivelings nearby.
While the serpentwitch hissed at his own thoughts, he noticed that the sky has turned gloomy.
"Ah, the rain is coming," his expression turned a bit sad. "I know nothing of weather witchery but if it was her I'm sure she could command the clouds to brighten up with her dance"
He started to wave his brush and conjure the lines, a bit rough and unformed at first.

The serpentwitch then concentrated to open his memory bookshelves. "I think her face is kinda like this," he said, while making series of incantations to make the linework more solid.

"Yeah, this is more like the Arlemia I know - annoyingly gorgeous, so dazzling that I always forgot to hiss when I saw her dance..."

"She would spin around and drew the clouds towards her, dancing together. It's so hard to believe she's not even a witch. Just your ordinary girl that can communicate with the clouds"

"And just like that, the clouds were filled with happiness and the sky always turned bright. She was simply the person that can take away all your sad gloomy side away and fills your heart with joy"
The serpentwitch smiled at his art, already forgotten that it was supposed to rain. He fell asleep with a peaceful face not even realizing the sky has turned bright again.
Is it just a coincidence?
Or did he just found the weather magic?
