Created using Clip Studio Paint Pro on a Surface Pro 4. Here is a time lapse video of my QuickPaint process:

I was trying to make the spots on a separate layer just for the reference when I colorized the picture, then remove them later, but they weren't really as visible as I was hoping, so I had to leave the charcoal spots in.
