Dear community, artists and readers, how are you doing today? I was inspired by a beautiful and mystical feathered friend the last days.
Because I've seen a very large raven here several times over the last few days. Deep black plumage, which even shone dark blue or navy blue in certain light. A magical, mysterious, mythic and beautiful creature.
I therefore wanted to dedicate myself to this beautiful being in an artistic way. My idea was therefore to mix the raven character with Far Eastern symbols and a touch of colorful fantasy to create a colorful melange. I hope you like it.

Na liebe Gemeinde, wie geht es euch denn heute so? Ich wurde von einem gefiederten Freund inspiriert.
Denn die letzten Tage hatte ich hier öfter eine doch sehr großen Raben gesehen. Tief schwarzes Gefieder, welches im bestimmten Licht sogar dunkelblau oder Marineblau leuchtete.
Diesem wunderschönen Geschöpf wollte ich mich daher auchh künstlerische Art und Weise widmen. Meine Idee war daher einen Raben Charakter gepaart mit fernöstlichen Symbolen und einen Touch bunter Fantasie zu mischen, so dass eine farbenfrohe Melange entsteht. Ich hoffe es gefällt euch.

I was focused of drawing the eye of the raven with many details. Here you can see a close up too.
Slowly, slowly I worked out a mixture of different colors and lights.
Started with the face, head and worked slowly out the whole image.
At least detail of the raven character I corrected the "hair style" aka feathers on the head.
I liked this variation more, hope you too.
Last but not least the spiritual portal which the mysterious Raven is protecting. Some white feathers are added in the front. What happened? Does the white dove tried to enter the portal and our beloved black raven had to stop her somehow? 😅🙃🤣 Who knows.
