Hello great Hivians, I trust we are doing great. Again I bring to us another amazing portrait I did some time ago. The special thing about this particular portrait is that I have my water mark on it. Though there are some clients that specifically agitate against it. Buh having it on your art portrait preserves your work from being stolen.
Materials Used
- Graphite pencil
- Charcoal Pencil
- Tissue paper
- Brushes
- Blending stump.
How I draw.
- After doing my skeletal sketch with grid line.
- I first apply the graphite pencil and blend it out with a soft brush.
- Then I slowly apply the charcoal dust with my brush. This process has to be very slow and steady to avoid over applications of the dust. It is called layering.
- Then I use my tissue paper to make the surface smoother.
- Then I finally use my monozero eraser or other erasers to bring up the highlights.
