Hello to all the Sketchbook Hivers 💙! I continue to share with you my process with Zentangle Art, I am happy that my pulse is getting more stable, the lines in this drawing look much neater and the petals are better than in the previous ones, it is getting easier and easier to draw them. Definitely, practice plays an important role.
It's amazing how much stress and pressure is released when you are painting or generally doing something with your hands. It allows you to concentrate better and focus on the present moment, I recommend it 100% in a peak of anxiety. Going back to drawing has helped me a lot to foster my creativity, in the moments when I'm blocked, I take the pencil and a sense of wellbeing invades me in which my ideas become more concrete.
Below, I share with you the step by step:

¡Hola a todos los Hivers de Sketchbook 💙! Les sigo compartiendo mi proceso con el Zentangle Art, me siento feliz de que mi pulso esté cada vez más estable, las líneas en este dibujo se ven mucho mas prolijas y los pétalos me quedaron mejor que en los anteriores, cada vez se me hace más fácil dibujarlos. Definitivamente, la práctica juega un papel importante.
Es increíble la cantidad de estrés y de presión que se libera cuando estás pintando o en general haciendo algo con tus manos. Te permite concentrarte mejor y hacer foco en el momento presente, lo recomiendo 100% en un pico de ansiedad. Volver a dibujar me ha ayudado muchísimo a fomentar más mi creatividad, en los momentos en los que estoy bloqueada, tomo el lápiz y me invade una sensación de bienestar en la que mis ideas se concretan mejor.
A continuación, les comparto el paso a paso:
I used pencil, eraser, black pen, black marker.
Utilicé lápiz, borra, bolígrafo negro y marcador negro.
As always, I do everything with freehand pencil and then start to go over it with marker and pen.
Como siempre, realizo todo a mano alzada con el lápiz y luego lo repaso con marcador y bolígrafo.
