Hello beautiful people of Hive, I hope you are well and are having a nice day. Lately I've been having bad headaches and as a good gamer I wanted to look for a relaxing game to feel calm and relieve the headache. Since I couldn't find something I liked I decided to download an app to make pixelart drawings. This application is called Dotpic.
This app is great, at the beginning I didn't understand anything and after a day I felt almost professional since I know a little more about the application. So today I want to show you a drawing I made, which helped me to relieve my discomfort and relax.
I didn't think I could like drawing in pixelart so much, because I'm not a person who is an expert in drawing and I don't like to draw a lot but this time I felt the need to do it haha.
To give you an idea when I usually draw from scratch without any idea in mind (most of the time it is usually like that) what I do is to let my mind flow, so to start making this nice drawing I started drawing the canvas all in very light blue for the representation of the sky, then I continued placing and shaping the objects that would be present.
Without almost realizing what I was doing I had already finished a nice tree and I must say that I am not very good at placing colors or shadows, shadows are what I find most difficult. Here I was already very concentrated and the truth is that I felt relaxation. On the other hand I felt that the tree was very lonely so I made a little house, yes, as you can see it is a drawing of a little house and a tree, the typical drawing of a 4-5 year old child.
I remember that when I started to draw the tree, I did it from the same layer since I didn't know that there were capable so the rest of the drawing I started to do it in capable up to a certain point, since the application gives you a limit of free layers and to have more you must pay, this is a little annoying but good.
While I continue with the drawing I want to talk a little more about the application, the truth is a pretty good app for pixelart, you can publish your drawings with other people who have the same application and at the same time to make events that the same app gives you, although I do not know what the prizes would be if you get to nominate a winner. It's almost like a social network only for pixelart drawing.
One of the things that complicated me was the way I would do the roof and the roof texture on the house, after I finished with the details of the "tiles" I realized that the roof seemed to be behind the house and not in front, so I decided to remove the black borders and put the bigger roof.
After finishing the roof I concentrated on the details of the house as the edges were very square and it looked very ugly to my taste so I gave a round touch in the corners, plus I also put a nice door and I must say that I tried to give a little texture with other colors similar to brown but completely failed in this so I went on to make the windows, the windows is what I like most of the house. Then I continued with the lawn with a dark green and then a lighter shade of green in the areas where the sun would hit. Here in the part of the lawn I think I did pretty well and I was creative so I really liked the result, then I ended up making flowers to fill in a little.
To complete the drawing I started to make the clouds and the sun, but I remembered that the sun had to be in the opposite direction to the shadows that I put so I put it in a corner of the left side. Then I placed giving a little shadow to the clouds and I think it has been quite well for my first pixelart drawing.

Hola gente linda de Hive, espero se encuentren bien y estén teniendo un lindo día. Últimamente he estado teniendo dolores de cabeza fuertes y como buena gamer que soy quise buscar algún juego relajante para sentir tranquilidad y así aliviar el dolor de cabeza. Como no encontraba algo que me gustará decidí descargar una app para hacer dibujos en pixelart. Esta aplicación se llama Dotpic.
Esta app es grandiosa, al principio no entendía nada y al cabo de un día ya me sentía casi profesional ya que sé un poco más sobre la aplicación. Así que hoy quiero mostrarles un dibujo que hice, que me ayudó a aliviar mi malestar y a relajarme.
No pensé que dibujar en pixelart pudiera gustarme tanto, pues no soy una persona que sea experta dibujando y que tampoco le guste dibujar mucho pero esta vez sentí la necesidad de hacerlo jaja.
Para que se hagan una idea cuando suelo dibujar desde cero sin ninguna idea en mente (la mayoría de las veces suele ser así) lo que hago es dejar fluir mi mente, así que para empezar a hacer este bonito dibujo comencé dibujando el lienzo todo de azul muy clarito para la representación del cielo, luego seguí colocando y dando forma a los objetos que estarían presentes.
Sin casi darme cuenta de lo que hacía ya había terminado un lindo árbol y debo decir que no soy muy buena colocando colores ni sombras, las sombras son lo que más se me dificulta. Ya aquí estaba muy concentrada y la verdad es que sentí relajación. Por otro lado sentí que el arbolito estaba muy solo así que hice una casita, sí, como podrán ver es el dibujo de una casita y un árbol el típico dibujo de un niño de 4-5 años.
Recuerdo que cuando comencé a dibujar el arbolito, lo hacía desde una misma capa ya que no sabía que habían capaz por lo que el resto del dibujo lo empecé a hacer en capaz hasta cierto punto, ya que la aplicación te da un límite de capas gratuitas y para tener más debes pagar, esto es un poco molesto pero bueno.
Mientras continúo con el dibujo quiero hablarles un poco más acerca de la aplicación, la verdad es una app bastante buena para el pixelart, puedes publicar tus dibujos con demás personas que tienen la misma aplicación y al mismo tiempo poder hacer eventos que la misma app te brinda, aunque no sé cuáles serían los premios si se llegará a nominar un ganador. Es casi como una red social solo que de dibujo pixelart.
Una de las cosas que se me complicó fue la manera en que haría el techo y la textura de tejado en la casa, luego de haber terminado con los detalles de las "tejas" me di cuenta que el techo parecía quedar por detrás de la casa y no adelante, por lo que decidí quitar los bordes negros y poner el techo más grande.
Luego de haber terminado el techo me concentre en los detalles de la casa como que los bordes estaban muy cuadrados y se veía muy feo para mí gusto por lo que le di un toque redondo en las esquinas, además de que también le coloque una linda puerta y debo decir que intente darle un poco de textura con otros colores similares al marrón pero falle completamente en esto por lo que pase a hacer las ventanas, las ventanas es lo que mas me gusta de la casa. Después seguí con el césped colocándole un verde oscuro y luego un tono de verde mas claro en las zonas donde pegaría el sol. Aquí en la parte del césped creo que lo hice bastante bien y fui creativa por lo que me gustó mucho el resultado, luego terminé haciendo flores para rellenar un poco.
Para completar el dibujo me puse a hacer las nubes y el sol, pero recordé que el sol tenía que estar en dirección contraria a las sombras que puse así que lo puse en una esquina del lado izquierdo. Luego coloqué dando un poco de sombra a las nubes y creo que ha quedado bastante bien para ser mi primer dibujo en pixelart.
