Today is the deadline for the first week entry of creative work hour and like all my other contest entries, inspiration came for it when under pressure 😂
Shit today is the last day
Would I miss it?
What to do... What to write?
All those kind of pressure...
Is it healthy?
HELL NO
Is it me?
SADLY YEAH
It's how I write.
The Creative Work hour Sessions hosted by @alessandrawhite and @dreemsteem are lovely meditative like sessions with 1 hour of silence (+ Spotify), mostly for thinking and stuff.
I've attended only one so far (so sorry about that) because of the harshness of my schedule and stuff.
Also a bit ill but that's not an excuse, just a hurdle to jump over...
The one that I did attend, we were meant to think up topics and themes for our posts which would be "pin worthy!"
It was fun for some time dishing out topics whimsically but I wasn't content, nor excited, I dare to say it that I was bored.
I'm more of an in the feels kind of guy, a fellow who moves with the wind and always tries to be free.
Hence being constricted by something such as silence which is again constricted by a time limit of just an hour?
Ever seen a crack addict twitching and tweaking?
I almost put on my mic to yodel and test a foolish yet amusing thought if there could be an echo in the silent discord space😂</sub
Yet these meditative hour did seemingly work for some, as I just read @dreemsteem's post which as always is beautiful. I visited the CWH on Tuesday, saw dreemie's post on Wednesday, and now it's Thursday, the deadline and I knew something had to be done. So this is going to be a collection of mine with the theme being a step into the looking glass. All through my life I've been a believer of plenty things. Yes @teknon, @jhymie and @wongi. Despite popular opinion, I do sometimes believe in love... One thing I do believe in most of all is Fate. "If you don't like the hand fate has dealt you, fight for a new one!" - Naruto.
(Hoping to see some more when I do my curating on Dreemport today.)
So I entered my hive feed and for some odd reason decided to check my bookmarks for what I had decided to save for later.
In doing that, I came across @nickydee's (another free spirit I've met on hive) comment on one of my #ttt posts.
#ttt is a tag I take very seriously as I'm an avid music lover, and I feel nothing's more inspirative than a good song.
After listening to the song which she had commented, I decided to look at the post and the inspiration came.
I really haven't thought much about the next week, although the topic today is clear.
God, faith, love, hardwork, luck and success..
Fate drives me, for I believe we all have a river to follow.
And as all true believers of fate, I believe we can change our fate.
