I know that many of you live in warm countries and you don't have a cold winter. Therefore, I want to share snow and cold from Russia. It was constantly snowing all through December and January, and at first it was light and fluffy, but over time it begins to compress into a dense mass with ice elements. The snow becomes hard and heavy.

This story is about how I came to my parents' dacha to look at the condition in a difficult winter period. ( A dacha is usually a small summer house, we have it without heating, and a small plot of land. My parents grow vegetables there in the summer and just relax from the hustle and bustle of the city)
We barely got there, because the roads are very difficult in winter and where they are rarely cleaned, you can get stuck in the snow.

To get home, we had to dig our way step by step, and the snow fell there almost to the waist and it became quite hard.
You can see that a lot of snow has accumulated on the roof. This is very dangerous, the wooden structure can not withstand the load at any time and break down.

My goal was to climb up and throw the snow off the roof.

I am glad that everything was done. There was so much snow and ice on the roof that cleaning took a long time, and snow had to be thrown off from the sheds.
If this is not done, then sometimes disasters occur and the structure collapses.
Even in the news, they often talk about the collapse of the roof in shopping malls or parking lots, where timely cleaning is not done
