Between the Aare and Gisliflue is Auenstein in Switzerland a typical Jura village. On hot days like today, a trip by boat on the Aare is a most refreshing trip.
A beautiful river hike with many wonderful views of the Jura mountains.
Auenstein castle built around 1300, since 1970 the idyllic castle has been owned by the Reller-Löhrli family.
