Man is the government being a tease right now. Just like with the majority of earthlings, we have been on lockdown for the last 2 and a half in Rwanda. It's nostalgic really, reminds of back in the days when you'd mess up and your parents would send you to your room so you could think about your actions. Well at least now we're not getting beatings before the fact.
Oh, the teasing, my bad, almost went with it myself. Today is the day we're supposed to be informed on whether or not we're getting more days of lockdown, or if some businesses will reopen and some activities re-normalized. The announcement is a couple of hours late, and now I know how crack heads feel when them cravings hit, the whole country does. Hopefully this will lead to people being more empathetic towards addicts in the future.
In all seriousness though, I, and my fellow Rwandans, have already come to grips with the fact that we'll be getting 1 or 2 more weeks of house time, and then probably some more after that. Ish, I sure hope our expectations get subverted though. Now that, would be quite the plot twist.
P.S; If the lockdown does get less strict I'll be giving 5 Hive to whoever claims them first in the comment section as long as they claim them before I edit the update in this post.
So, where was I again? Oh yeah, food! I think I might have gained 1 kilo in the last day alone. My tummy feels like it;s about to explode but, life is like a box of chocolates hence, I'm about to crack another cold one and wash down all the fats I just consumed with it!

Ok, back to seriousness, semi serioosness. Do these pants make me look fat or do I make them look skinny? Is it too early to rhyme morbid with covid, or does the fact that I will slightly edit this post and still anoint it a freewrite make me a scummy scam, a scammy scum, or an innovator? Is there even any diiference, I mean except for timing? Questions that kept me up that one time.
Edit: The lockdown has been eased for the next 2 weeks and more decisive measures will be taken depending on how it goes. As of this morning most activities have been resumed excluding those that usually gather large crowds such as churches, schools, concerts, etc, and there is a curfew of 8pm. Noiiiice if I do say so myself.
Also, since no one tried to claim the 5 hive I'll be hogging them sending them to @wolfofnostreet as she's the only commentator I got on this post, something about feeling generous today.
And oh no, I won't be reaching the Champion League in splinterlands this season. Not that I ever have.😤
