Indonesian people's tastes tend to be spicy so they always include strong spices in the food.
I made a different sandwich compared to other sandwich recipes. That's because there are differences in the contents of the vegetable used.
In this sandwich use stir-fried vegetables, not fresh vegetables that are not cooked.
P. S: You can change the type of vegetable filling according to your taste.
Note: To save time, I intentionally cooked a beaten egg together with the bread, and this created a unique shape
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of bread
- 2 sausages
- Stir-Fried Vegetable (in this recipe I use mustard greens)
- 2 eggs, beaten with spring onions, salt and pepper
How to make
- Step 1
Preheat the nonstick pan.
Cook sausages that have been thinly sliced on the sides to cook evenly.
- Step 2
After the sausages are cooked and removed, then cook the bread.
- Step 3
Beat 2 eggs with salt, pepper and spring onions.
- Step 4
Add eggs to the pan containing the bread.
- Step 5
When the eggs are cooked, start forming a sandwich. Add stir-fried vegetables on bread. Fold the parts of the egg that are on the edge of the bread
- Step 6
Fold the bread onto the bread that has been filled with stir-fried vegetables.
- Step 7
Serve with sausages.
The eggs are invisible because some eggs have seeped into the bread.
For the taste, trust me, it's delicious, for sure! And there's nothing to doubt about that.
