Here in Upper Areas of HIMACHAL PRADESH main source of income for people is APPLE FARMING/ORCHARD.
So due to change in climate , the probability of HAIL STORM has increased significantly.
HAIL damages APPLE and we face lot of problem due to it.
So in order to prevent our APPLES from HAIL , we have started to cover our APPLE trees with ANTI-HAIL nets.
It prevents HAIL from touching the Fruit and damaging it.
Length of one piece of this net is about 100 Feet and width is 30 Feet.
