To take my learning how to create designs with bleach on fabric further, I decided to try out the different tie-dye processes, but this time with bleach instead of dyes.

Fabric #1
The first fabric was 2 yards in size. I picked the envelope/triangular design, and to make it more interesting I added pegs and rubber bands. When this was done I dipped it in a bucket with the bleach solution. But unfortunately, it didn’t come out right.
The reason was because the water I added to the bleach solution was too much.

So I tried it again and corrected my mistake while still using the same fabric and it turned out amazing!
If take a closer look, there are 3 triangles over-lapping one another. I particularly like that detail.

To take things a step further, I dyed some areas of the fabric blue! I also had it made into a shirt and a friend of mine bought it

Close up on the fabric!

Fabric #2
I picked the circular tying method for this fabric. First I folded the fabric twice, then I picked the middle of the fabric to tie before doing the same for the other areas and to preserve more black areas, I wrapped them in nylons. The end result of the tying looked pretty funny, but it turned out amazing either way.

Here it is!

Fabric #3
I followed the same process above for this fabric but with a twist!

Fabric #4
I decided on using a brush for this fabric, I wanted to create something energetic and vibrant at the same time. I started by drawing the first few strokes, before adding the next strokes over the previous ones.

The final result !
