Good day good folks.
Earlier today i came across a comment which led me to this post asking for tips to help increase energy and motivation.
While writing a comment in reply, i decided to make a post instead, as the information is likely to be helpful to many people.
What i suggest below are what i consider to be highly effective for health in general, at a zero cost and fairly easy to follow and do.
Note: i am not a Medical Doctor. (Dr./M.D.)
The meaning of doctor has effectively been usurped to mean a Doctor approved by criminal medical orgs to make $$$
i am however a self-trained holistic teacher (& student). Teacher is the Latin root meaning of doctor. Classical Latin from docere "to show, teach, cause to know."
So, here are my three top tips, which especially when combined, will very likely help you find the energy and motivation/inspiration you may be looking for, and a whole lot more besides. Family and friends (and all beings) will also benefit from you doing these.
1/ Exchange some meals (especially breakfast and/or junk food type meals) for green smoothies. Smoothies are pretty quick to make anyway, about 10 minutes tops.
Here are a couple of posts i made about #greensmoothies:

Switch the ingredients for any local fruits and edible greens (the more greens the better) but always best to add banana as it holds the rest together.
Leafy green vegetables are full of antioxidants and carotenoids, which boost your brainpower, and help protect your brain. They are also also full of B-vitamins, which are proven to help your memory, focus, and overall brain health and function. They are also rich in folic acid, which improves mental clarity. Currently i have an abundance of beet greens in my #hivegarden so am half filling the blender with those before adding other ingredients.
2/ Watch this 7 minute video and follow the instructions:
Doing this (regularly) will remove many toxins from the body (and possibly parasites too) and enable the body to absorb many more nutrients from food.
3/ Read The Presence Process by Michael Brown (and do the experiential version of the Presence Process Procedure - ie. taking 1 week to do each of the weeks in the book).
It is challenging to respond consciously when we are upset. Instead, we tend to resort to repetitive, hurtful, reactive behaviors. Then afterwards we have to clean up the mess... Do you want to overcome this cyclic emotional behavior? Want to grow up emotionally?
We all have deeply suppressed emotional imprints that are programmed into us through life's experiences. Until these emotional charges are consciously identified and integrated, whenever upset, like programmed organic machinery, we automatically resort to reactive behaviors.
The Presence Process invites us to explore 'conscious emotional response' as a better way of living our life. Reading and applying the simple procedure in this book makes it possible for anyone, anywhere, to transform the quality of their emotional life experience from uncontrollable re-activity to deliberate responsibility.
Source (and link to buy the book)
If you cannot afford or do not wish to buy a copy, you can download a copy for free here:
However, if you do find value from the book at a later time and are then willing / able to buy a copy to reward the author, i in-courage you to do so, as you may energetically be able to better receive the information contained in the book (which is a phenomenal piece of work).
Wishing you well in this holy endeavour (if you choose to partake).
"Just do it, you'll thank me." (quote from Markus Rothkranz in the video in 2/ above).
If you are experiencing any dis-ease which is perhaps more urgent to deal with (than lack of energy & motivation), there are many additional ways to increase the effectiveness of the above, so feel free to ask me, and/or see these "healing" posts
Feedback and/or questions are very welcome.
