On March 20 our hive celebrates its first anniversary,I'm sure it's the first of many, and to celebrate there are thousands of bees shaking the comb to get the best out of our honey and among those activities are one that I found quite interesting.

El 20 de marzo nuestra colmena cumple su primer aniversario,estoy segura de que es el primero de muchos, y para celebrarlo hay miles de abejas sacudiendo el panal para sacar lo mejor de nuestra miel y entre esas actividades están una que me pareció bastante interesante.

I could write about 20 posts to answer this question in its fullness, because for me Hive is an immensity of things that may be a bit to explain in letters, however I will try to be as brief as possible and I will define what Hive means to me in 5 words:

Evolution

These 365 days in the hive for me has been a process of complete evolution, I would dare to compare it to the metamorphosis of plants, because to be honest, I am not the same person I was before coming to Hive. I have outgrown myself personally, professionally and financially. So as I turn around and take a look at the step I realize that Hive has positively influenced my life and taken me to another level where I can see, feel and express myself with much more maturity and awareness.

Discipline

I have always tried to do things as they should be done, doing the right thing is essential in life and let's say that for some stumbles I was distorting that vision in my life, but when I came to Hive, I retake the habit of reading, studying, practicing, sharing knowledge, and always give the best of me to get the best results from the individual to the collective. That in a few words is achieved with discipline and here I resumed that routine that allowed me to continue the path of good habits, to always give the best of me so that the environment where I operate is full of joy, good vibes and 100% positive things. Always remembering a famous phrase of a great friend who always says:

We achieve what we want, doing what we must even if we don't want to.

Friendship

If I am honest, all my life I have been a woman of very few friends, not because I am a bad person, or because I am someone asocial, in fact I think I am the opposite, but I value friendship enormously, so I am carefully selective when choosing my true friends, because I have always believed that the word "friend" is not for everyone, but when I arrived to Hive I have met such wonderful people, that I still don't know personally and I already feel that they are part of my family, and for whom I feel an immense affection that I swear I could not express in a single post. So this first round of the sun in Hive friendship is one of the most valuable meanings that this hive has for me.

Commitment

The beginning of Hive was difficult, I still remember when we all arrived here with a very heavy bag of doubts, fear and uncertainty, we saw the destiny very uncertain and in my opinion most of us didn't even understand very well what was happening, everything was sudden, surprising, unexpected and radical, but we were there, we did not give up, some, of course, stayed on the road, a few withdrew, many others distanced themselves, a smaller percentage decided not even to migrate to Hive, but still those of us who stayed were and remain the majority, those who said YES, those of us who accepted the challenge, even when we did not know what we were facing, we decided to stay, work, fight and grow together, and here we are, celebrating our first year of great achievements, experiences, successes and I am very excited to see that every day we are more and more, so the commitment must continue, we can not falter, the commitment is to move forward without looking back, for those who are here, for those who will come and even for those who left, we must show what we are made of and that the blockchain world knows and understands that now is that Hive is left for a while.

Independence

It is a bit strange to say that during this first anniversary we have achieved a collective independence but it really has been like that, we have been independent for a year and everything has been trial and error, but still we have maintained and achieved things together that has made our house, our honeycomb every day in a blockchain even more independent, and if we have done this in just 365 days, I can imagine where we will be when we are celebrating our sixth anniversary. Teamwork has been key in this whole process of emancipation of the hive and of each of the Hivers that make this possible and one of our great achievements has been to see how the name of Hive every day sounds within the blockchain world as a solid cryptocurrency that is gaining strength on its own.

In summary, I could then say that this first anniversary of Hive means to me:

The evolution process that we have undertaken with constant discipline a wide community of friends who keep the commitment to keep working for the independence of our hive.

Podría escribir unos 20 post para responder en su plenitud esta pregunta, porque para mi Hive es una inmensidad de cosas que quizás sea un poco de explicar en letras, sin embargo voy a tratar de ser lo más breve posible y lo voy a definir lo que significa Hive para mi en 5 palabras:

Evolución

Estos 365 días en la colmena para mi ha sido un proceso de completa evolución, me atrevería a compararlo con la metamorfosis de las plantas, porque para ser sincera, no soy la misma persona que era antes de llegar a Hive. Me he superado de manera personal, profesional y económica. Así que al dar la vuelta y echar un vistazo al paso me doy cuenta de que Hive ha influenciado de manera positiva mi vida y me ha llevado a otro nivel donde puedo ver, sentir y expresarme con mucha más madurez y conciencia.

Disciplina

Siempre he tratado de hacer las cosas como se deben hacer, hacer lo correcto es esencial en la vida y digamos que por algunos tropiezos estaba desvirtuando esa visión en mi vida, pero al llegar a Hive, retome el habito de leer, estudiar, practicar, compartir conocimientos, y dar siempre lo mejor de mi para obtener el mejor resultados desde los individual hacia lo colectivo. Eso en pocas palabras se logra con disciplina y aquí retomé esa rutina que me permitió continuar el camino de los buenos hábitos, de dar siempre lo mejor de mi para que el ambiente donde me desenvuelvo este lleno de alegria, buena vibrar y cosas 100% positivas. Recordando siempre una frase celebre de un gran amigo que siempre dice:

Logramos lo que queremos, haciendo lo que debemos aunque no queramos

Amistad

Si les soy sincera, toda mi vida he sido una mujer de muy pocos amigos, no porque sea mala persona, o porque sea alguien asocial, de echo creo que soy todo los contrario, pero valoro enormemente la amistad, así que soy cuidadosamente selectiva a la hora de escoger a mis verdaderos amigos, porque siempre he creído que la palabra "amigo" no es para todo el mundo, pero al llegar a Hive me he conseguido con personas tan maravillosas, que aún no conozco personalmente y ya siento que son parte de mi familia, y por las cuales siento un cariño inmenso que les juro no podría expresar en un solo post. Asi que esta primera vuelta al sol en Hive la amistad es uno de los significados más valiosos que tiene esta colmena para mi.

Compromiso

El inicio de Hive fue difícil, aun recuerdo cuando todos llegamos aquí con un saco muy pesado de dudas, miedo e incertidumbre, veíamos el destino muy incierto y a mi parecer la mayoría ni siquiera entendía muy bien lo que estaba sucediendo, todo fue repentino, sorpresivo, inesperado y radical, pero ahí estuvimos, no nos dimos por vencidos, algunos, claro, se quedaron en el camino, unos cuantos se retiraron, otros tantos se distanciaron, un menor porcentaje deicidio ni siquiera migrar a Hive, pero aún así los que nos quedamos fuimos y seguimos siendo mayoría, los que dijimos SI, los que aceptamos el reto, aún cuando no sabíamos a lo que nos enfrentábamos, decidimos quedarnos, trabajar, luchar y crecer juntos, y aquí estamos, celebrando nuestro primer años de grandes logros, experiencias, éxitos y me emociona mucho ver que cada día somos más y más, así que el compromiso debe seguir, no podemos decaer, el compromiso es seguir adelante sin mirar atrás, por los que están, por los que llegaran e incluso por los que se fueron, debemos demostrar de que estamos hechos y que el mundo de la blockchain sepa y entienda que ahora es que queda Hive para rato.

Independencia

Es un poco extraño decir que durante es primer aniversario hemos alcanzado una independencia colectiva pero realmente ha sido así, somos independientes desde hace un año y todo ha sido ensayo y error, pero aún así nos hemos mantenido y logrado cosas junto que ha convertido a nuestra casa, nuestro panal cada día en una blockchain aún más independiente, y si esto lo hemos hecho en solo 365 días, ya me imagino donde estaremos cuando estemos celebrando nuestro sexto aniversario. El trabajo en equipo ha sido clave en todo este proceso de emancipación de la colmena y de cada uno de los Hivers que hacemos esto posible y uno de nuestros grandes logros ha sido ver como el nombre de Hive cada día suena dentro del mundo de las blockchain como una criptomoneda sólida que va cobrando fuerza por si sola.

En resumen, podría entonces decir que este primer aniversario de Hive significa para mi:

El proceso de evolución que hemos emprendido con constante disciplina una amplia comunidad de amigos que mantienen el compromiso de seguir trabajando por la independencia de nuestra colmena.
