Leaders should be there, but there is always a question of philosophy, and why they are doing as they are doing. Everybody knows that everything is about what you know, and what you have in your head. And all books in the world should be welcome, and you and I can say anything due to competence and long education. And working life in the right networks is depending on that. If you are in wrong networks, you do not get the accessibility to the most important things, but if we change our working places to the place where we should be, there would be much nicer situations.
If there is low education and low research level, the statements will be low goal, and that is due to what persons know and where they have ever gone at schools. Every school has a mission and a purpose of being there, but if you and I challenge the environments, and require that there should be much knowledge about different things, we are in a new division. Every gesture, every movement and every thought, reflect the background of the people. And that is people and organizations.
There should not be too much control of what we are saying and writing different places, because there is freedom about what to do and how. And coming from the best business schools in the world, we know what the business life really is about. And the salary should then be as high as we deserve. If we are surrounded by people not being at all levels in schools and in universities, and in addition not being the best persons through all time, we do not have a dream team, but we actually have a disaster team. And everybody can have opinions about everybody, and you and I do not reach the heart and the brain in the bodies, unless there are thousands books about what to do. And leaders are just saying a message, but we should believe in what we have learned different places, and although NHH in Bergen is not the best place in Europe and in the world, we have competence and clever people there, and we should use our contacts and the employees there, to get the best possible positions in the internal markets in the organizations.
So, why are we really different when coming to work, and what we say? That has something to do with our backgrounds, and if there is low education on the working place, and not higher education, we get what we deserve. Needlework and knitting are something we are used when we have no arguments for explaining what we are doing, and we cannot standardize nothing in our lives. But we can fill our heads with books and information, and hence we get wealth and wisdom in the long run. Everything depends on yourself, and you can tell the world what to do in the phone. But sometimes sale is different to explain and to get, and although we should be calm and reflected, there are not always reasons for what is happening. We should do our best, and we should listen to the right persons to have the right position. And everything is dependent on your intelligence and qualities, not the all the academic works you have done. We should think, feel and act in life!
Understanding is locally in you and me. But what we see, and what we do, is dependent on what we know. Everybody cannot tell us everything about life, but use the books in the world, and understand everything. Understanding is relative, and what you know can be different from what I know. And everywhere where we are, we should try to create a better future. If you have not higher education, you get all stupid behavior, and all the bad comments that are possible. But the best person will always win and survive in these competitions. Higher education needs higher thoughts, and otherwise there is no point with the universities. Be strict in life with what we know and why and how!
