There should be no power to anyone in the different societies. The police has no power, and the existence is dependent on the state budget. Why should there be differences among people, since we are the same bodies any of us?
Karl Marx was a great philosopher. But you can always challenge everything in different societies, and the opinions are always exciting, and they should be rejected or accepted due to what we know. But why should there be differences between people? In Norway, many things are happening in the northern part of Norway, in the middle part of Norway, and in the southern part of Norway? There are farms, and people doing fisheries and everything that is possible. Why should there be differences between people? We are the same human nature with the same open eyes, so how can you explain differences? What if the experiences you can get are as least as important as other things?
You know, I am coming from Norway! But there are also other countries in the world, and every region should be explained and be given advice to. So, why should you listen to any professor? The different societies are consisted of unemployment, employment, production, buying, selling, processing and wealth! Should you or I claim that there are tenderloins and mashed lungs, snd what can be done at any place due to farms and the locations of business places? Why should we be engaged in anything unless it has a good philosophy, a good psychology and a good sociology? And why should there be sirens in a society, since this means that someone is to blame? We cannot shape pain to anybody, and there should be laws and norms on that! Be a bastard in life and do not care about others! All things are about defining and doing choices, and you do not always have to be the best, but you and me can have the highest ambitions due to our competence and research background. Do not accept any book or any contribution, and be your own boss in life, unless you are a king or a queen! Choose the organizations where you find development and wealth, and where you can use what you know, and this knowledges can be better than any leader!
Why should we have classes in socities, and why should you mean as you mean, and what implies all this thinking? You find much knowledges in the books, but the most important thing is to think about different things, and nationally and internationally there are not always good qualities in the education programs and in the research that has even been done! We should not discriminate anything and anybody in a society, and the leaders should be equipped with freedom and doing things with arguments and reasons. Much in business life does not depend on the competence, but you should do your working tasks as good as possible. And when we are in the business schools, there should be no scandals around us, and we should be embarrassed to make mistakes, since we must do right and reflected choices that there are reasons for! Do your best, and challenge even everything in the universities and the business schools!
Do not be engaged with making differences with people, since that is causing a lot of trouble in the societies. We are all celebrities in life. Do not accept any defintion or anything about life from other persons. Try to make intelligent choices, and we can agree and disagree about making different choices. And do not do anything in accordance with statements from any, and choose your own life style, and find the best and the most sensible choices in your life. And we can be the best advisors of anybody else. Every move in any organization is about motivation, and why we are there, about coaching and doing the things as you should, and about stimulating different activities to have good reasons for what we are doing! Our minds should always be free, and we should do the right choices of all the wrong choices!
