Moving to a new home is not easy. But soon the walls will be painted to the colors you like, you'll clean up and furniture will start to arrive from your old place (or the one you ordered specially for the new place).
I compiled a list of resources you might find useful to make the transition to the new Hive home smoother.
The goto starting place for the Hive blockchain is hive.io.
Are you a fan of Steempeak? On Hive you will find it rebranded as PeakD.com.
Do you prefer a dapp based on condenser code (i.e. steemit-like)? Then you will probably like hive.blog.
Did you use Keychain on Steem? There is available a Hive Keychain already.
These two posts will tell you how to install them on Chrome (Brave,Opera) and on Firefox, respectively, because they aren't approved yet in the official stores.

Did you prefer SteemConnect? Its counterpart on Hive is called HiveSigner.
Do you want to try something else? The guys behind Steempeak/PeakD developed their own key locker called PeakLock which is integrated in Steempeak and PeakD.
Do you want to see a basic block explorer for Hive? @penguinpablo created HiveBlockExplorer.com. He also mentioned a Hive version of Steemnow will be launched next week.
Do you want to check the proposal system on Hive? You can do that on PeakD just like on Steempeak (https://peakd.com/me/proposals), or you can use the Hive version of SteemProposals.com: HiveDAO.com.
How about witnesses? You can manage them via Hive Keychain, on PeakD, or check them out via a tool like hive.arcange.eu/witnesses.
How about the Hive wallets? Personally I used Hive Keychain and PeakD wallets without problems.
What if you want to check the price of HIVE?
You can use CoinGecko.
And if you want to trade HIVE? Personally I consider a major step forward that HIVE and HBD are both listed on Bittrex, paired to BTC.
There will also be a way to exchange STEEM for HIVE or other coins on Blocktrades, but you'll need to go through a KYC process.

From my understanding on ionomy.com you can trade HIVE without KYC.
Some interfaces chose to post on both chains already. Actifit is one of them that I noticed.
Other interfaces may not be fully 'translated' for Hive, but you can make them post on Hive if you have the option of choosing the server to use.
eSteem is in this situation as far as I know. If you choose a server which is working on Hive, it will post on Hive instead of Steem. That can be done from Settings -> Server. One server that surely works on Hive is anyx.io.
Finally, other tools are in the process of switching to Hive. For example, hive.vote will be the SteemAuto for Hive.
I'm sure I missed some useful links. News are fast during this period so feel free to add more.
